Sport Betting Rules

Introduction

These sport betting rules apply to all bets placed on Pgebet. By placing a bet you confirm you are of legal betting age where required and you accept these terms. Pgebet may update or amend rules in accordance with licensing, law and market integrity requirements. Where a market description specifies a rule that differs from these terms, the market description governs that market.

Scope and Acceptance of Bets

The rules cover all sports and markets offered by Pgebet. A bet is considered accepted when it appears on your bet slip after you have completed the wagering flow. Pgebet may suspend, suspend or close markets, or refuse bets, where required by law, licensing conditions or suspicious activity.

Settlement Principles

Settlement of bets is based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body or competition authority for the event. Unless a market description states otherwise, football (soccer) settlements use the standard regulation time of play and do not count extra time or penalties unless the market specifically references them. Markets that describe overtime, extra time or penalties will be settled in line with that market description.

Void and Cancellations

  • Football soccer: If a match is cancelled, suspended or postponed and not resumed within 24 hours from the scheduled start, bets on that match are void. If the referee signals a regular end before 90 minutes has elapsed, the result at that time is used for settlement; extra time and penalties are not included unless a market states otherwise.
  • Tennis: If a match is cancelled or interrupted and not resumed within 72 hours of the official start time, bets are void. If a listed player withdraws before the match begins, bets on that player to win are void.
  • Baseball: Bets are settled on the official result after 8.5 innings. If a game is interrupted and not resumed within 12 hours or if the score is tied at interruption, bets are void. For multiple games on the same day, only the first completed game’s result may be used unless the market states otherwise.
  • Formula 1: Bets are settled on the first published official result. A race is void if cancelled or interrupted and not resumed within 72 hours. If the race is abandoned before 75% of the planned distance is completed, the event is void.

Sport Specific Settlement Notes

  • Basketball: The final score used for settlement includes any overtime unless the market specifies that overtime is excluded.
  • American football: The final result including potential overtime governs settlement unless a market specifies otherwise.
  • Ice hockey and rugby: Settlement is based on the final result of regulation time unless the market expressly accounts for overtime or shootouts.
  • Other sports: Settlement uses the official result published for the event, in accordance with the market description.

Withdrawals and Disqualifications

  • If a participant withdraws or is disqualified before the event begins, bets on that participant to win or to reach a stated phase are void.
  • If a withdrawal occurs after the event has begun, the impact on bets depends on the market description. In doubles or team events, a withdrawal may render affected bets void.

Live Betting

Live bets are settled on the live result as reported by the official feed. If the event is suspended for an extended period, standard void rules apply. Upon resumption, bets not yet resolved will settle on the live result at the moment the market closes or the event ends.

Disputes and Finality

Pgebet decisions on all betting matters are final. If a governing body issues corrections to results after settlement, Pgebet will apply those corrections to affected bets in accordance with applicable law and licensing requirements.

General Provisions

  • These rules are governed by the licensing jurisdiction of Pgebet. Bets are void where prohibited by law in the bettor's jurisdiction.
  • Any changes to account details or bet settlement must be verified by Pgebet and may require supporting documentation.
  • These terms do not override any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the bettor's jurisdiction.
