Introduction

Account Registration and Ownership

To access all features of the Service you must open a personal account in your own name. Key provisions:

  • One account per person, per address, and per payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and all activities voided.

  • You may not transfer, sell, or acquire another person’s account or its benefits, including balances, bets, winnings, or promotions.
  • You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support, subject to any pending transactions or balances.
  • Self-exclusion is available to you by contacting Support. Closure under self-exclusion remains subject to these Terms.

Identity, Age Verification and Background Checks

To manage your account and verify information, we may request documents such as government-issued ID, proof of address, and transaction histories. You shall provide requested documents within 10 days of request. We may perform checks prior to and after deposits or withdrawals and may temporarily restrict withdrawals during verification. We may conduct background checks with credit and financial institutions as necessary.

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of winnings. If you are or become under the legal age, your account may be suspended, with potential for forfeiture of funds and reversal of transactions.

Funding and Withdrawals

Funding and withdrawals are facilitated through the payment methods offered on the Service. Unless otherwise stated, deposits and withdrawals are processed by the respective payment providers and may be subject to verification checks. Please note the following:

  • The balance is not a bank balance and does not earn interest.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login, activity, or bets for twelve consecutive months may incur a monthly dormant account fee. The fee is set in the currency of the account and will be applied after notification is provided. If the account holds insufficient funds, the fee may exhaust the balance. You may log in and withdraw funds to avoid the fee.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotional offers and bonus terms constitute separate agreements. Bonus credits may be subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and other restrictions as stated in the specific promotion terms. In case of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion terms, the promotion terms prevail for the promotional period.

Rules of Play and Fairness

All bets and results are governed by the respective game rules and the terms for each game. In the event of a system or process error, bets affected by the error may be voided. The Service may implement periodic investigations to ensure integrity and fair play.

Limitations and Abuses

You must not engage in collusion, market manipulation, automation, or any activity intended to exploit the Service or other customers. You must not solicit or reveal information about other customers for malicious purposes. Any use of the Service that is unlawful or designed to bypass rules may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of funds.
